En mi opinión tienen esta calificación porque NOO son una empresa seria ni responsable, en vez de ofrecer calidad en su servicio en todo momento, solamente lo hacen cuando te están vendiendo algún tour. De ahí en adelante no sirve ni su forma de tratar a los clientes, es decir que sus supuestos guías no tienen ningún tipo de educación ni experiencia en servicios de atención al público. Sus medios de transporte no están en condiciones para prestar un buen servicio, ya que son muy antiguos y carecen de dispositivos de seguridad. Hacer un pago por adelantado no les garantiza que se va a realizar el tour, ya que te pueden llamar un día antes y cancelarte sin hacerse problemas y sin resolverte. Y haciéndote perder el tiempo. O de un día para otro te ofrecen un servicio más costoso al que ya habías pactado para intentar obtener más dinero. Por último debido a su falta educación, su falta de respeto, su falta de coordinación, su falta de ética y carisma como empresa que presta servicios al público y a su carencia de criterios lógicos intentan buscar alguna excusa para hacerte creer que fuiste el culpable de su incapacidad. NO LOS RECOMIENDO.

Our trip to Canta was one to never forget. Very reasonable price but not sure it was worth the following...the driver of the bus seemed to be very new and the bus was not in the best condition. During our first stop the tire of the bus went flat and our bus driver went missing for at least an hour. He was able to find a replacement thankfully but when our tour lady attempted to communicate with him over the phone he had it off to give us any updates. Another dislike for this company was the lack of keeping an organized time to visit each of the sites. People were taking 30-40 minutes beyond the suggested time delaying our trip even more. And not once was the tour lady assertive enough to set a limit. Also the lunch was not the greatest. Almost made me feel afraid of trying the food. Nonetheless it was decent and I didn?t get sick. On our way a back the tire that blew up needed to be picked up. Because the driver had no space on the back of the bus he placed it on the exit of the passenger door making each drop off difficult and unsafe. Also, at one point the driver pressed the gas on a hill making the passengers jump off their seats. He laughed thinking it was funny but thankfully the guide Erika asked that he drive safe. On a positive note, the experience at our final destination was nice. I appreciated Erika?s ritual but other than that it was a difficult trip considering it being all day and the comfort of the bus not being the best. It would be appreciated if the company would organize itself more to make this trip safer and more enjoyable. It would also be great if the people assigned to lead the tour would be more informative about the sites we visit. That?s what makes the tour experience great.
