Aunque una estrella aún es mucho , toda su empresa es remala, por favor que estoy aún con el código de barras en el celular y no lo pueden aceptar que avaros que son para cobrar 15 dolares por imprimir el ticket además de eso solo una maleta de mano y una atención pésima y falta de respeto al cliente

After travelling with these guys for the very first time. I?m absolutely disgusted in how I was treated and how my friend was treated. Only to be told I wasn?t allowed to fly after all the other people had boarded and the plane sat in the terminal for another hour. I had to find another hotel to stay in that night and rebook flights back to Australia even though I was on time. Just because of a little bagging issue! If you?re seriously A traveller I would not recommend this company in the slightest. Never felt like I?ve been treated in such a trashy way before. Wouldn?t wish it on my worst enemy

Shittiest airline service ever experienced. Issuing boarding pass 15$ at counter lol, seat change 7$, 2nd gand luggage 15$. Also all stewardesses are ugly and have stupid faces

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company is a scam and are robbing people of their money. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. $30 to print out boarding passes, this is the 21st century they need to up their game, plus they are super discriminatory towards anyone who is not a local.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company is a scam and are robbing people of their money.
