Wonderful, historic hotel that was once a monastery. The decor is just as you might imagine from a century old religious establishment. Try to book one of the rooms with a loft bedroom and balcony. Location is also central with many great restaurants around.

Alpaca Alfredo w/mushrooms and chiccarones over qinuoa homemade noodles. OMG. The flavors! The melt in your mouth alpaca....the sauce! Definitely NOT your typical white sauce. This was rich, creamy, red and sprinkled with chopped fresh oregano. Like amazing. Had I been home, instead of a public venue, i certainly would have picked up the bowl and slobbered the rest of the sauce down!

Cleanliness = 5/5 - The bedroom ,bathroom and kitchen were all very clean. Hospitality = 5/5 - Sergio is an awesome host. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a map and a business card. Sergio can do anything you need. Great advice on things local. Breakfast is free and served from 7:30-10. Consists of fresh made eggs, bread with jam, coffee and tea, yogurt, cereal. The beds are really comfortable, pillow tops with lots of warm blankets. The showers have nice hot water. LOCATION = 5/5 - 5 minute walk to the main plaza. This place is far enough away that it is really quiet but close enough to everything in a 10 minute walk. Wifi =5/5 - worked very well in the entire room. Highly recommend staying here. Come again ? Yes come again
