Visite el hotel para pedir información para un evento y me trataron de maravilla. Desde los porteros hasta la gente de recepción que es servicial y alegre. En todo momento nos ayudaron a ubicarnos dentro de las instalaciones. Felicito a Carmen, a Grover y Víctor por tanta amabilidad.

Love this hotel in Lima. Everything you need to enjoy a couple days in the city. Not too far from airport. Service is good, rooms are very clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. They are always really nice and accommodating. Security is not overbearing. You have privacy.

A very nice hotel conveniently located, the staff were always helpful and friendly. I had meals at the 9th floor restaurant where Alejandra and David took care of my every need, even going down to the 1st floor restaurant to grab the beer I had requested. I will definitely stay here in my next visit to Lima.

This was my first time in Lima. My family and I stayed at Melia. We are extremely happy with our stay. Much better than what we expected. Everyone was so nice, especially the guys at the reception area, always very happy to help us with any needs. Carmen was outstanding, she guide us and gave us the best service! We will never forget her and Pablo, the doorman, always greeting us with a big smile. I will always recommend this place 100%.

Loved the place. Star are helpful, friendly and polite. Their breakfast buffet is to die for! Definitely a plus. Location is convenient, close to a shopping mall with restaurants, also close to a drug store and in a nice neighborhood to walk around. Nikolas helped with check-in., helpful and polite. The sommelier Juan Garcia and waiter Freddy M also friendly and helpful and prompt to guide on food and beverage choices. And Cristina, the maid Thad did my room took special care in leaving my room clean and always fresh and chocolates always on my pillow (yum!) If you are in Lima, a place to stay in!

Juan Garcia, Nicholas and Chef Diego Costa were extremely attentive. Our glasses were never empty. Besides the great service, they even helped with suggestions of sights to see around the city. If you?re ever in Lima, I highly suggest that you stop by and have some great food and meet some great people. You will not be disappointed
