Es un lugar tranquilo espacioso muy acogedor, especial para un agradable descanso..lejos de la bulla de la ciudad. Cuenta con una hermosa piscina con muchas plantas frutales°°

This was exactly what I expected it to be an seemingly as good as one could hope for in Iquitos. What we likes we clean, quiet and away from the busy street. The staff was very helpful a and pleasant. The pool was very clean and absolutely refreshing after a day of the dirt and grime of the city. The is not a Marriot so while I give it 5 stars there is no reason to expect a 5 star hotel. If you come with reasonable expectations you will be incredibly pleased.

This hotel has potential, but during our visit in november, the hotel looks completely outdated: the beds in our room, the old TV( not HD) and the pool infrastructure was not well maintained. On top of that, the lobby is not air conditioned, and it only has a very, very, very ( i can not stress enough how old it is) very old fan that its useless. On top of that, the personnel is very lazy: we were sitting in the lobby and there were 2 people on the counter, just sitting down doing nothing while the plants in the lobby were dry and withering, paint cans kicking around anywhere. If i were the owner, i would really think about if i wanna stat in the hotel business. Its a shame, because like I said this place has great potential, it just needs some TLC.

Stay in this hotel for a family reunion breakfast had a poor quality nothing to choose from. Ask for dinner they say they have a reception and wont be able to fix nothing for us. This hotel I would not recomend it to nobody.
