Hi, Patti from Toronto, Canada .. Just back from a 2 week trip to Peru. During my vacation I booked a few dental consults. I have an expensive problem with extractions/bone/implants needed. So I thought, why not just see what they say? .. check out their facilities, see what equipment they use, etc. I?ll come home and discuss it with my team. Well, everything changed once Dr. Lilian Demartini walked into the room. She came in and said ?we have been emailing each other? - meaning, she read my emails again, looked over the X-rays I sent again, and was beyond prepared. She was meticulous - checking my teeth over again, and then going over my X-rays with me, pointing out my areas of need, taking her time to explain her plan, and what we can do. We can save your 2 back upper molars she said. No need for extraction on those 2. She was 100% positive they could save them. 2 easy root canals, as she put it. We could do it tomorrow. What?! I?m thinking no way. I?m on vacation. No plans of dental thank you. But she said easy, in 2 days my root canals and posts will be in. Wait a day, and then crowns and new mouth guard. I walked back to the condo excited, she had me asking myself, omg what if this works? 5 years of discomfort and fear of extractions. All of a sudden, an affordable solution. All of a sudden a light in my tunnel. I called the next morning and booked. I saw the greatest Periodontist first, for a deep clean and to see if we could proceed. Next the Endodontist. We went over my X-rays again - she wanted to double check before proceeding. She went in, saw no infection, checked me out again, and made sure we were good to go. Such fantastic care! Always making sure I was comfortable, and explaining everything all thru the procedure. I was so confident in them, they really cared about my situation. Each night I would go out for dinner... chewing and enjoying just like Dr Demartini said, painless!! I left my 2 week vacation with 2 new beautiful-fitting back upper molars. 5 years of pain gone in 3 days! Changed my life. I cannot say enough great things about this Dental Clinic and Dr. Lilian Demartini. She is the real deal. She made me believe we could fix this easy .. ?let?s do this! get you out of pain? .. Thank you, I needed to meet you. I plan to go back and continue with my other teeth. It was fun to go to the Dentist - did I just say that?!! I would walk home every day after my appointment - jump into my condo pool, then go out for dinner, chewing was no problem. I still can?t believe it, was this really happening? I?m fixing my teeth and enjoying my vacation. I?m forever grateful. 100% Five Star Service! ? ? ? ? ?
