No me a faltado nada de mis varias prendas, y me salio barato (4 soles por kilo) la señorita me atendio bien y me devolvieron la ropa en el mismo día.

Would recommend. American traveler with little Spanish, was able to get a few things washed in ~2 hours. 9 soles for a bit over 1 kilo of laundry. Got it all back with nothing missing

They lost my hat although I was able to go back and recover it from their shelves. We also ended up with 7 items of clothing in our bag of clean clothes that weren?t ours so had to return to the store to hand them back, where we found a very frustrated man wondering where his pants and tops had gone. 2 of the items weren?t even his so no idea if they ever found their way back to their rightful owner. Avoid and use other places in Cusco.

Excellent service for any tourists in Lima. Prompt and good value.

Sent 5kg worth of laundry for S/20 in the morning then got it before closing. All items were accounted. Good service for a quick wash and dry.

Lazy and rude. They misplaced the belt that went with my pants. Luckily I noticed when I got back to my guesthouse. I called just before close and they found it. They said they would wait for me to arrive to pick it up since I was leaving the next day. Arrived 15 minutes later and found a locked gate. Horribly frustrating.
